The education system of Bangladesh is a continuous and different education system. This education system is mainly of primary
level, secondary and higher secondary level and higher education or university level - these three levels. Publicly run private schools are running 6 (including child category) year old primary (8 years), 5 year secondary and 2 year old secondary level. Higher education or university level education 3-5 years; Approved 37 public and 90+ private universities and government sponsored colleges without the affiliated schools under the supervision of the University Grants Commission (excluding 7 public colleges in Dhaka). Students can choose Bangla or English as the medium of education.



High school level education college known as. There are madrasas and English medium schools. These are listed on the Madrasa Education Board and Foreign Education Board respectively. Technical Education Board has been constituted for conducting vocational training schools at secondary level. Authorities responsible for the development, approval and management of curriculum and textbooks in primary, lower secondary, secondary and higher secondary level courses of the National Curriculum and Textbook Board. The Government of Bangladesh has constituted the Education Bureau and the Bureau of Benboys, which stores information on all levels of education.


Islamic education system


Islamic education is generally based on mosques and madrasas. The primary level of the madrasa is called maktab, nurani or forekania madrasa. The word fervor is derived from Furkan, which means the most important. Another name of al-Qur'an is that al-Furqan is the truth that the truth is true. The Quranic texts and syllabus read at the initial level are called Quran. Generally, religious education is provided at the primary level of small children in the neighborhood of the local mosque. In the next two stages, the primary education of children will be provided. Basically, this school is working with regular health awareness keeping in mind the moral education and general education.
